First bath and more cute pics

Who says you never take pictures after the first kid? (Sorry Eli- I really was bad at taking pictures when you were a baby).

Anyhow, Tyce is an absolute gem... during the day. He sleeps constantly, will go for long stretches in between feedings, falls asleep on his own in his crib, etc. But then night comes and it is a whole new ballgame. He must have his days/nights mixed up cause he wants to eat every two hours, cries when I lay him down, and insists on being held. It's only been two nights of this, but I am determined to get our days and nights turned around. We'll see how it goes tonight. He really has been a great baby though. Except for wanting to be held at night, he has been extremely low maintenance and calm.

We gave Tyce his first bath today, and boy did he need it! His hair isn't quite so dark when it's clean and not greasy. He seemed to enjoy the bath once we warmed up the water.

And that has been the highlight of our first few days home. The boys actually see Tyce very little cause he is usually sleeping in his crib all day. But they are excited when they get to hold him. And we have loved having daddy home an extra day or two. It's so nice to have an extra set of hands... it'll be hard when he goes back to work:(
