I blinked...

I just got back from a trip to visit my sister and her family in Washington. We had a really nice time! When I jumped into the car at the airport, I was shocked to see this grown-up kid in the back seat watching Star Wars. Seriously... when did he get so big? Ethan even graduated from preschool while I was gone. Lucky for me, I'm keeping him home one more year so there will be another preschool graduation next year I can attend. He looked so handsome in his new suit.

Tom told me Ethan did a great job and knew all his songs.

Ethan also remembered his lines that we practiced. "In November, we learned about healthy foods. We went on a trip to the store. We talked about pilgrims and indians. About turkeys, Thanksgiving and more!" Way to go Ethan!

Ethan really loved going to 'Taylor Tots' preschool. He liked his teacher Mrs. Taylor a whole lot, even though he kept calling her Mrs. Hazeldine for the first half of the year. (Mrs. Hazeldine is the other teacher that does the 3-year-old class and occasionally fills in). Ethan made a lot of friends and really enjoyed going to preschool. He learned colors, shapes, numbers, letters and can write his name really well. I am seriously impressed how much they learn in preschool!
