Since school has started, we've gotten into our new routine. I wake Ethan up every morning at 8:15 (we leave at 8:30 so we are cruisin' to get ready) and he seems to enjoy 1st grade. I was surprised he didn't seem extra moody/tired/whiney like I was warned he might. Like most everything, Ethan takes things in stride and is pretty happy about it. Tyce LOVES shoes and daddy... so nothing better than daddy's shoes!
More soccer games. Eli's team has done fairly well, but Eli gets so mad when someone can beat him or scores. I knew he was a competitve kid, but I didn't expect him to care so much. I didn't get any pics the last couple weeks cause he mostly is on the sidelines pouting that they aren't winning.
But Ethan has gone out there and has been a great defender. Even though we haven't won a game (or even scored once) he seems to enjoy soccer a lot more this year.

And of course, more swimming with friends...
And I didn't get pictures of our boys and their friends/dads camping in our backyard over the weekend. It sounded like they had a blast. Plus, we grilled up yummy food that night, had flushing toilets, and a hot crepe breakfast the next morning. And I got to sleep in my comfy bed all to myself. That is my kind of camping:)
