After helping at the boys' school parties, we got together with some friends and neighbors for pumpkin carving Friday night. That is one project that I don't mind skipping each year. But luckily I have some nice friends that will include me in their tradition.
Tyce and is his buddies being crazy!
Our Halloween tradition includes dinner at Dylan's (kids eat free) and going to Tom's work. This year, we brought along a friend of Ethan's (Cade is the skeleton). We always get hooked up with tons of candy! The weather was super warm again this year, but it's nice to have a place inside in case the weather turns cold.
Grant totally got it this year! He marched around and held up his pumpkin for people to put in a treat... probably my favorite age for trick-or-treating. Grant was amazed at this holiday and all the candy!
If you can't beat em, join em!
Here is our family of Superheroes: Iron Man (Ethan), Black Widow (me), Batman (Tom), Spiderman (Grant), Iron Patriot (Tyce), Ant Man (Eli)
After hitting a few more streets in our neighborhood, we called it a night! The kids had sooooo much candy. But they willingly picked out a few to save and put the rest in a bowl for the Sugar Fairy to come. She delivers gifts and brings the candy to other children who don't have any.
