With the kids off-track, we decided to take them on our first trip to Florida. Our flight left at midnight, so we woke them up after 2 hours of sleep to head to the airport. They were good little travelers...
After checking into our house and catching a nap, we checked out Sea World for a few hours.
The following day, we went to Sea World Aquatica! It was the best waterpark and we absolutely loved it!! There were so many rides that even Tyce could do. And it helped that we were hot (almost 90 degrees that day) and looking to cool off.
Our next adventure was Busch Gardens! Grandpa and Grandma Frasure came with us. This was like a really neat safari zoo meets Lagoon. It was good! Grant loved all the kiddie rides and the splash pad. Afterwards, Tom drove us through the ghetto in Tampa, FL to check out a dive that was featured on tv. It looked scary but the food was really good and the owner was super nice too!
Saturday was scheduled for Discovery Cove. It was amazing!! The kids loved learning to snorkel... up until they got close to the stingrays or shark tank. This reminded me of a tropical resort in Mexico or Hawaii. It was beautiful- complete with rivers and waterfalls and dolphins. We also loved the all-you-can-eat inclusive meals. Great day!
Another full day at Sea World!
We spent one last day at Aquatica before catching our flight and heading home. The kids were amazing and slept on the flight. We will for sure be doing that again!! One of our favorite vacations so far:)
