Oct 7th was Tyce's birthday! We started off the morning with aerobics and left from there to the Dinosaur park in Ogden. Some friends and neighbors came with us and the kids had a great time playing around the dinosaurs!

Tyce came home tired and took a nice long nap. We played with his new blocks while we waited for Grant to wake up from his nap too.
The whole family went to Station Park where there was face painting and balloons. We got root beer floats before heading home.
Then Tyce got to stay up late with Daddy and go to Boondocks to enjoy his free birthday game card. It was tough to do, but I think we finally wore him out!
At 3 years old, Tyce:
-has so much energy and spunk
-always is silly and turns everything into a game of chase
-loves to play with his big brothers
-also loves to get under their skin
-gives the best hugs
-runs to me and says, "I missed you Mommy!" whenever I leave, even for a few minutes
-likes bugs and insects
-loves driving his "roller coaster" (power wheels) around
-watches Curious George and Mickey Mouse
-loves to make up silly songs at naptime/bedtime
-enjoys reading books together
-talks about his friends- Ellie (next door), Jacie, cousins Henry and Emmett
-wakes up and asks what friends are coming to play each morning
-does better going to nursery (if we ever take him there)
-still naps everyday for at least 2 hours
-has only missed maybe 6 naps total in 3 years
-says phrases like "You've got to be kidding me!" which crack me up

-is daddy's little shadow/helper
-likes to 'play' with baby Grant until he cries
-knows just what to do to get under mom's attention (in a not-good-way)
-likes to do everything himself
-is so much fun and has such enthusiasm!
