Last week, I had to have all 4 boys up and out the door by 9:30am for swim lessons. By some miracle, we did it and were never late. (Even though we had to wake up a few boys sometimes). We are doing it again next week, so I hope our luck continues. Ethan and Eli did terrific as usual. They are working on their breaststroke and diving off the diving board. Tyce was nervous and would cry when I passed him off to his teacher. But he did great- dived for rings, back floats, and even a few feet of actual swimming!
These two are such great pals:)
Here's a happy 4 week old! Grant has been doing awesome and really easy to put on a schedule. He goes down for naps and bedtime even easier and prefers to sleep in his bassinet now. He takes really long naps during the day but still has a fussy time first thing in the morning and before bed.
I took all 4 boys to the Children's Museum. We haven't been there in a long while. Overall, it was a really good trip and the kids had a lot of fun. Nursing the baby while trying to help the kids with their painting project? Not so fun? Washing off yellow paint afterwards, only to discover it isn't "paint" afterall... Not so fun. Trying to wash the baby with cold water in the sink because poop had exploded all over clothes, blanket, etc... Not so fun. Keeping 3 other boys trapped in the family bathroom while cleaning up the baby and other people bang on the door... Not so fun either. But the kids had a good time and it made some memories to laugh about later.
