By George... I think he's got it!

So our biggest accomplishment since returning home: Tyce now sleeps through the night! He went from 10:30pm til 6:30am once before we left, but not at all during our vacation. (It probably didn't help that he was in a pack-n-play right next to me, so I might have jumped the gun.) But since we've been home, we've had 4 nights where Tyce hasn't woken up until 6:30-7:30am. Hooray!
See how happy I am!
And Tyce got to spend a little time with his new cousin, Henry (only 2 weeks old). Check out all that hair!! These two are going to be great buds.
Tyce is now 3 months old! It has gone by so fast already. He started laughing for the first time on 1/1/11. We were in San Diego and I was playing pat-a-cake with him in the car... so cute to hear those first giggles! He is still such an easy baby. Tyce is awake quite a bit more during the day now and loves it when we play with him. He is also pretty content to just chill and look around. He will also suck on any/all fingers when he can find them. And we pretty much gave up on the binky and/or bottle.
Eli impressed me last night... we were reading a story that had the ABC's. Eli could point to almost every letter and tell me its name and/or sound. He had to ask me on a few of them, but I didn't even know he could name so many letters. Wow, Eli! What are you going to learn in preschool? You still have 3 1/2 years til kindergarten!
And since returning home, Ethan has become addicted to Super Mario Brothers. That is the first thing he wants to do when he wakes up and the last thing when he goes to bed. (And every other moment in between if he could). On Sunday, he wanted to play but we had to go to church. During the meeting, he kept talking about Super Mario Bros and I told him he needed to think about Jesus. "But I can't think about Jesus. I can only think about Super Mario Bros!"
So what is it about the male brain that loves video games?
