Battle Scars

I've been lucky that none of my kids have had any serious trauma. No broken bones, no stitches, not even large bruises. But it's only a matter of time with 3 boys!

So it begins... Eli was excited some friends came over for dinner last night and was running around after them. Then he tripped and face planted into the couch, causing a pretty decent cut under his chin. Unfortunately, Uncle Jason (PA) had just left for work but we have another neighbor who is also a PA come take a look. I thought he would probably need stitches, but Kevin cleaned it up and superglued it back together.

Eli did so good! He cried when he first hit the couch but then he held still as a mouse the whole time they worked on him and didn't cry once. He never complained about all night or this morning. I didn't even give him Tylenol cause he was doing so well. What a tough kid!
