PineView's annual Easter egg dinner and hunt was held Friday night this year. The kids always get so excited for it! We had a yummy dinner with all the Easter fixins. Then we got ready for the hunt to begin. Grant totally understood the concept this year and gathered eggs like a pro! The kids got so many eggs. After a neighborhood Easter egg hunt Saturday morning, we decided to send our candy away to the Easter bunny so he could fill our baskets with a few fun toys. This year, the bunny brought baseball pants, shields, Superhero masks, pail & shovel, and chocolate bunny. I think they scored! It was nice to have Easter over General Conference weekend and listen to the talks about the Savior and the Resurrection. It helped to remind us what Easter is all about! The boys built temples out of blocks and were surprisingly reverent for a lot of the sessions.
