Christmas Eve was spent with our Carlson cousins. We exchanged gifts (the boys drew names) and the theme of the night was swords and weapons.
We acted out the nativity using puppets.
We opened our Christmas jammies. Tyce immediately told Eli, "You have baby jammies. Your jammies look like girl jammies." How rude! I thought Eli looked so cute in his footsie pj's.
We decorated sugar cookies and ate waaaaaaay too many of them (that's me, not necessarily the kids). Then we stayed up late watching a movie and playing games. The kids were so tired when we got home, they forgot to put out a plate for Santa or set out their stockings. Good thing I was going to stay up and could help them out!
