So when I had a garage sale this summer, I put in a bunch of baby blankets that I didn't use and had no meaning to me. Yesterday, I was boxing up Grant's 0-3 month clothes and found more blankets. It seems silly to keep so many blankets, but I thought I would take pictures of some significant blankets. (In no particular order)
For: Ethan
From: a girl that worked in the Nursery (in South Ogden) with me while I was pregnant (I don't remember her name but her son, Brigham, was in nursery with us)
For: Ethan
crocheted by Grandma Herzog and used for all the boys' baby blessings
For:Tyce
From my friend, Carrie Headley
For: Eli
From: Aunt Lori
(I really wanted this to be his favorite blanket cause it was so soft)
For: Eli
From: Grandma Carlson (with a hat to match)
For: Ethan
From: Grandma Annette
For: Ethan
From: Grandma Herzog
(I used to put this blanket over the carseat before there were carseat canopies. I told Grandma Herzog that I wished there were more dark blankets like this to block the sunlight... too bad I didn't invent the canopy and make a fortune!)
For: Ethan
From: Grandma Annette
For: Ethan
From: my friend, Tracie, at Dr Mirci's dental office while I was pregnant
(This turned out to be Ethan's favorite "star blankie")
For: Eli
From: Mom
(This turned out to be Eli's favorite "star blankie" and luckily I bought two this time)
For: Tyce
From: Aunt Lori
(This was Tyce's favorite "monkey" blankie)
For: Grant
From: Aunt Lori
For: Grant
From: my friend, Nicole Nielsen
For: Grant
From: Grandma Herzog (she likes the Alaskan themes)
For: Grant
crocheted by my friend, Leslie Hunter
I love all these blankets! It meant someone was thinking about us! And whenever I see one of these, it reminds me of the person who made/got it for us and warms my heart:)
