Memorial Day and More

So my birthday fell on Memorial Day this year.  Which is actually great cause I was able to celebrate the whole weekend, plus Tom took the holiday off as well.  It was a really nice weekend- we got a lot more cleaning/organizing done, I got my first pedicure of the season, we went to the temple, etc.

I have to mention that all 3 kids slept in on my birthday til almost 10.  The odd part is that we weren't even up late the night before.  Now we aren't early risers in general, but we usually have at least one kid up around 8 or so. It is rare that all 3 slept so long, but I enjoyed lounging in bed all morning.  (Especially because that is about to change real soon).  Then we hiked Adams Canyon with Tom's brothers/families in the afternoon.  It was a 4 mile hike and took us 3 hours- the kids were such troopers cause it was not an easy hike!  But it has some gorgeous waterfalls at the end.

Tyce missed his nap that day (for like the 4th time in his life) and couldn't make it past 5 o'clock.  I eventually woke up the tired kid, got his jammies on, and put him to bed.

We played around Station Park one day in between rain storms.

And the kids couldn't miss a chance to prance around in a good rain storm.

We stopped by daddy's work for his anniversary party.

And Tom took Ethan for a little daddy/son date at the Syracuse Fun Center after school.

Such cute boys!  It's crazy to think that this threesome is about to have a new addition.
