Funny kids

It's kinda strange having a kid in school all day.  I feel like I hardly get to see Ethan before it's time for bed.  But I get to spend lots and lots of time with these other two...

I take them to story time a lot on Wednesdays.  Last week, we were listening to stories about Christmas and Eli asked me, "Will Santa really give you a cold if you are bad?"  I explained he wouldn't give you a cold, and it wasn't until later that day that I realized Eli probably kept hearing 'coal' and thinking they said 'cold'.  I had a good chuckle to myself.  If it were me, I would definitely not want to be on the naughty list and get a cold.  I could handle a piece of coal just fine.

Tyce is such a little chatter box.  One of my favorite things he says is, "I hold you!"  Which means "Pick me up!" Tom tried to correct him a while ago, but I told him not to cause it's so cute the way he says it.  He also says, "I want to show you something."  Which means "Carry me around while I point at cupboards until I can find a treat that I can't reach."
He also takes pictures on the camera or phone and says "Cute!" as soon as it clicks.

Last night, we were going up the stairs and lately Tyce wants to race me up or down to compete just like the big brothers.  So I slowed down and said, "Tyce, were you going to beat me?"  And he responds, "Yes! I eat you!"  Then he proceeds to take a real bite out of my leg!  Luckily, it didn't hurt and was quite funny.
