The weather was going to stay in the 80's for the first half of our week. Not bad for almost October! So I decided to pull the kids out of preschool/school and make an impromptu trip to PineView Reservoir. We picked up Tom along the way. It was actually a lot cooler/cloudier than I expected so the kids didn't last too long in the water. They enjoyed making a sand castle, looking for sticks and treasures, feeding the seagulls, chasing the seagulls, and having a picnic. There aren't many pictures of me or Ethan this trip because (after Ethan swam for the first little while) we sat in our lawn chairs and ate junk food the whole time we were there!
