A week in the life...

It has been a pretty normal week around here... Tyce had a cough but was feeling better pretty fast.  We had company for dinner a few times.  Play groups with friends.  School work.  Dr's appt.  Ethan had piano practice, wrestling practice, and science class.  Aerobics and running.  Pretty normal week- so we decided Tues morning to go ahead and book a cruise... that leaves this Sunday!  We are bringing the kids and doing Carnival this time (although I can't wait for the day to go on a Disney cruise again).  But it will be nice to get out of the snow and cold, even for a short time!  We get back on Friday early evening.

We had to finish Ethan's I-Search project before we left.  He came up with everything on his own- "How Deep Can a Whale Dive?"  We found the sperm whale dives the deepest- over 10,000 feet!  I loved the rainbow whales Ethan colored for his poster.  So cute!

And I haven't been saving much lately, so I wanted to take a picture of one more letter to Santa.  It says, "Dear Santa,  I will be a helper by being nice to my family.  Luve, Ethan"

And since we didn't have much going on before we left, I sadly decided to sacrifice the house I just cleaned so Ethan and Eli could have 3 friends over for a late night.  We went and got ice cream sundaes and then ate popcorn til we were full.  It made me smile, listening to 6 rowdy boys downstairs being silly...  And I thought this is what life will be like for the next 18+ years.
