Ethan went to kindergarten everyday and LOVED it!
Tyce enjoyed a little freedom without the 'help' of his big brother.
I made Ethan cookies for the first full day of kindergarten (below).
And as the week progressed, I found my afternoons (and evenings too) filled with:
Our last batch of salsa. Whew, glad to be done. Now what am I going to do this next week with my quiet afternoons? Maybe read a book:)

SALSA!
Tom and I made 3 batches this week- approx 39 quarts
Corn on the Cob!
I blanched and froze almost 5 dozen ears of corn (Tom helped with a few dozen too)
Freezer Jam!
I made two huge batches of strawberry/raspberry jam- approx 26 pints
Our last batch of salsa. Whew, glad to be done. Now what am I going to do this next week with my quiet afternoons? Maybe read a book:)
