Strike a Pose

Ethan had a back-to-school night at Endeavour Elementary on Thurs. He had so much fun meeting his teacher and looking around the school. He can't wait until kindergarten starts. He got a school t-shirt on Thurs and put it on immediately! When I told Ethan it was time for bed tonight (Sun), he was so excited cause that means he gets to go to kindergarten tomorrow. Hooray!






I forgot to give a summary of Ethan at his birthday last month. So here goes:

At 6-years-old, Ethan:

-Loves to play the wii more than anything else. He went from Mario Bros to Star Wars and now Lego Batman.

-Loves to play with his baby brother and carry him around

-Starting to read and is doing a great job! (Especially cause I can take no credit)

-Can't wait to start school

-Doesn't know/want to ride a bike yet without training wheels. Actually, doesn't really like to ride his bike even with training wheels.

-No loose teeth

-Gets angry at Eli but then also plays pretend really well with Eli. They like to be Batman guys these days

-Wants to eat 10 plates each day so he can be strong enough to lift up a trampoline

-Still a great eater. Only thing he doesn't like: cantaloupe

-Is a good friend and always a peacemaker. He tries to have all his friends to get along when they are playing together

-Wants to have a friend over everyday (and we usually do)

-Listens well and helps me. Ethan will put on his pjs, brush his teeth, get into bed and read some stories without complaint every night.

-Still walks on his toes everywhere. Not the most athletic kid;)

-Fun to be around. Happy. And a genuinely good boy. We love this kid!
