Well, too late. But Ethan did fantastic! He held still and didn't even cry when they pricked his finger. He passed everything with flying colors. And his eyes watered, but not a single tear, when he had to get 5 shots at the end. Wow! He did so much better than me! I can remember throwing a huge fit and trying to run away when I had to get shots. I was totally impressed. He also got to pick out 6 suckers and I took him to get a Happy Meal afterwards. He never complained the entire rest of the day and played and ran around like it was no big deal.
Ethan weighed 46 lbs and was almost 47 inches tall... 60th percentile for weight and almost 95th for height. He is growing well and eats everything, including all kinds of veggies. Great job, Ethan! Now we are all set for kindergarten:)

And then Tyce was terrific today too! The doctor kept telling me how advanced Tyce was... much more like a 7 or 8 month old baby in development. Funny, he never has said that about my other two kids. But this made me feel better since I feel like the poor kid isn't read to or entertained much. In fact, I finally got out the tote of baby toys since the little guy had no toys to play with that were age-appropriate. Anyhow, Tyce did great too. He was all smiles and cried for only 15 seconds when he had 4 shots. He weighs 14 lbs 10 ounces and was almost 26 inches tall... about 50th percentile for weight and almost 90th for height. Great growing, boys!
