Merry Christmas!

Ethan woke up around 8:15am on Christmas morning and was so excited to see if Santa had come. We let him empty his stocking and wait for Eli to get up. We got impatient and decided to wake Eli up so we could open presents. And then the fun began...

This year was definitely a 'Star Wars' Christmas. The boys got action figures, trading cards, space ships, etc. We even got Lego Star Wars on our new Wii and Ethan got Jedi reading and Jedi math for his leapster. Eli was thrilled after the first space ship and off he went to play. We had to coax him back to open more presents.

So Santa brought Ethan a real gas mask, just like he asked. Ethan put it on once, and then wanted nothing to do with it after that. We all tried it on, but I think it was a little too scary-looking for the kids.

Tyce slept through all the excitement. When he got up around 10am, the boys helped him open some presents too. I'm sure he was thrilled:)

All in all, it was a very nice Christmas! We have been so blessed this past year and are grateful for all that we have. Christmas is such a nice time of year to think about our Savior and celebrate with loved ones. It really is a magical time. It's even better having kids then when I was a kid myself. Merry Christmas
