Ethan @ 4 1/2

I realize that after the holidays, I take very few pictues. So this is a good time to review what Ethan is up to, now that he is 4 1/2 years old:

*Recently got hooked on Star Wars after watching it only once. Now he begs to watch it everyday. For some reason, he corrects me though and says he is 'clipped' on Star Wars and not hooked on it. He always likes the bad guys best, and plays that he is a storm trooper. I finally coaxed him to let me be Princess Laia instead of Darth Vader, but it took a lot of persuasion.
*Very friendly and wants to hug everyone, especially on our trip to Phoenix... flight attendants, maids, waiters, strangers, etc. He also wanted to play "baby Ethan" a lot. So these strangers probably thought I had a handicapped child when he would give them a big hug and say 'mama' or 'car' in a baby voice. It still cracks me up to think about.
*Loves preschool, especially his friend named Tommy. He tells me Tommy is the silliest kid in the class.
*Also loves to write letters and draw (finally). Everything is fair game now for his artwork these days.
*Not the most coordinated kid... loves to sing/dance/act instead. We are going to try t-ball this summer... perhaps Ethan is just a late-bloomer.
*Very mellow and pretty easygoing kid.
*Lately, Ethan likes to correct me and tell me when I forget something and he remembers it. The other day, he asked me, "Why do you forget everything and I have to remember them?"
