It's hard to believe Eli is 1 already! (Technically, he'll be 1 in 2 more days but we are leaving for CA the following day, so we celebrated his b-day already.) It really does go by faster the second time around.
Eli is such a great kid with a terrific personality. He is very curious and wants to do things by himself. He isn't much of a snuggler but is really easy to put to bed and naps. He can take 5-6 steps by himself. Eli also likes to clap his hands, dance, bark like a dog, and get into mischief. He is very observant and can imitate many words after watching me speak. I can't believe how fast he is growing up!

Eli was so happy to get a b-day cupcake. He sucked on it and gave himself a good chocolatey face. Yum.
